Everything in Business, plus an attorney at MC Law, PLLC handles routine office actions at no extra cost — disclaimer requirements, identification and classification amendments, specimen substitutions and similar formalities — and, for intent-to-use filings, prepares and files one Statement of Use (or Amendment to Allege Use). Included: knockout search and report; application preparation and filing; identification and class selection; routine office-action responses; one Statement of Use; 12 months of Rightsy Watch; a 12-month Professional search subscription; three years of the Rightsy Reporter and Watcher clearance tools. Not included: substantive refusals (descriptiveness under §2(e)(1), likelihood of confusion under §2(d)); extension requests to file the Statement of Use; change of owner or attorney; Section 8/15 and renewal filings; TTAB proceedings. USPTO fees (currently $350 per class, plus the USPTO's own Statement of Use fee) are not included and are invoiced to you separately.
