Included: knockout search and report; application preparation and filing; identification and class selection; 12 months of Rightsy Watch; a 12-month Business search subscription; one year of the Rightsy Reporter and Watcher clearance tools. Not included: office-action responses of any kind; the Statement of Use and extension requests; change of owner or attorney; Section 8/15 and renewal filings; TTAB proceedings. USPTO fees (currently $350 per class) are not included and are invoiced to you separately before filing.
